Thank you for shopping at MyInkFlare. We are committed to delivering your custom-made products safely and efficiently. Because we utilize a global network of fulfillment partners, please review the following shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.
1)Order Processing & Production Time
Production Time: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your Temporary tattoo order to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged by our fulfillment partners.
Processing times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., major holidays), production times may be slightly extended.
2) Shipping Methods & Tracking
We offer multiple shipping tiers to suit your needs and budget. Please note the tracking availability for each:
Budget: The most economical shipping option. Note: This service does NOT include tracking.
Standard: Includes full tracking capabilities.
Express: Faster delivery with full tracking capabilities (subject to regional availability).
Overnight: Fastest available delivery option with full tracking capabilities (subject to regional availability).
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the combined weight of your items, your delivery location, and the shipping service level you select.
3. Fulfillment Location
To optimize production speed and delivery efficiency, our fulfillment partners may fulfill items from different facilities.
Same Category: Items belonging to the same product category (e.g., multiple apparel items) will be printed and shipped together in a single package.
Different Categories: If your order contains items from different categories (e.g., apparel and home decor, or stickers and mugs), they will likely be produced and shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package via email.
4. Delivery Times & Delays
Estimated delivery times vary based on your destination and the shipping method selected.
Please refer to the Shipping Rates Table for specific cost estimates and delivery times by location and shipping type.
If your package is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery time for your chosen service and location before contacting us. This buffer accounts for standard carrier processing delays.
5. Lost Packages (Untracked Shipments)
Tracked Shipments (Standard, Express, Overnight): If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local postal facility. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us so we can investigate.
Untracked Shipments (Budget): By selecting the Budget shipping option at checkout, you acknowledge that MyInkFlare is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We strongly recommend upgrading to a tracked shipping method for peace of mind, especially for higher-value orders. In case of no delivery within 30 business days then let us know, if its our fault then we will be happy to arrange a replacement on our expense.
6. Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging, but transit damage can occasionally occur. If your package or item arrives damaged:
Do not discard the item or the original packaging.
Take clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged item and the exterior packaging (including any visible shipping labels).
Contact our support team at myinkflare@scalenest.ae within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number and the photos. We will investigate and arrange a refund.
7. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MyInkFlare ships globally through our network of partners. Consequently, your order may be manufactured and shipped from a facility located in a different country, depending on your shipping destination.
The price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping costs, but does not include international import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees.
You, the customer, are solely responsible for paying any additional customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your local government or the country of origin.
MyInkFlare has no control over these localized charges, cannot predict their exact amounts, and will not issue refunds for orders that are refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. MyInkFlare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately at myinkflare@scalenest.ae. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet entered the 24-48 hour production phase.
